¿Has participado alguna vez en una obra de teatro?

Nuestros estudiantes de 5º de Primaria tuvieron la oportunidad de  hacerlo la semana pasada, durante nuestra visita a Arenaaprende School, en Murcia. La actriz Eva Torres representó en inglés el tradicional cuento ‘El Gato con Botas’ y nuestros alumnos compartieron escenario con  ella e interpretaron diferentes papeles. Los niños terminaron cantando una divertida canción y pasándolo genial.
Fue una gran experiencia ya que los niños se olvidaron enseguida del idioma y se implicaron totalmente en la obra. Al finalizar, Eva Torres se sentó junto a los alumnos y compartió con ellos su trayectoria como actriz. Les habló de su carrera y contestó a las preguntas que nuestros estudiantes habían preparado con anterioridad.
Los chicos estaban entusiasmados con las anécdotas que Eva Torres nos contó. La actriz ha actuado durante más de treinta años en diferentes países, incluso en América, y en muchas ciudades como Madrid, donde ha representado algunos de sus mayores éxitos.
En definitiva, lo pasamos genial practicando inglés de un modo natural.

Have you ever taken part in a theatre play?

Our Primary 5 students had the opportunity to do it last week, on our visit to Arenaaprende School, in Murcia. The actress Eva Torres performed the traditional tale ‘Puss in boots’ and our children collaborated with her and played different roles. Therefore, they had a great time having fun and singing a funny song.
Furthermore, it was a great experience for them since they forgot about language and they got fully involved. When the play finished, Eva Torres sat on the carpet with all the children and she shared with them her experience as an actress. She told them about her career and answered them the questions that our students had prepared in advanced.
Thus, they were amazed with the things Eva Torres told us. For instance, she has been acting for more than 30 years in different countries, even in America, and in many cities such as Madrid, where she has performed some of her biggest success.
To sum up, we had a great time practicing English in a natural way.
